Maintenance Charge – Update – March 2017
By now, you will likely have received a letter and an email from Greenbelt in relation to the new charges.
We have identified further areas that we believe we are not responsible for. We are contesting the maintenance areas with Persimmon.
Once again, we will be requesting that Greenbelt review the payment terms regarding the latest payment request in light of the contested areas.
We will be proposing to discuss the maintenance issues in the forthcoming Residents Association meeting in April and all those with concerns are urged to come along.
